Benedict Lamiroy obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the UFSIA in Antwerp in 1986. In 1989, he also obtained his Master of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Leuven. <\/p>\n
In October 1989, he began his internship as an attorney at the Antwerp Bar and received general training, specialising in commercial law and contract law, particularly in lease agreements and general contract law.<\/p>\n
Benedict has been working with Bruno Schoenaerts since 1989, with whom he forms the Schoenaerts & Lamiroy law firm. He also became a partner at Lawcity.be in July 2012. <\/p>\n
Benedict Lamiroy is a generalist but is mainly active in the practice areas of commercial leases, real estate, contract law (both commercial and civil contracts), juvenile law, general civil law and civil procedure. He always works on the basis of a thorough analysis of the merits and weaknesses of a case, in order to assist and advise the client as efficiently as possible in legal proceedings, expert assessments, negotiations and more. <\/p>\n
